Tourism Holdings (NZE:THL) Chief Customer and Revenue Officer Scott Fahey resigned due to personal matters, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Fahey's notice period has been waived.
The company said it will start a recruitment process for the vacant role, the filing said.
Tourism Holdings' Kiwi shares were down 1% in morning trade Tuesday.
