Eureka Group Holdings (ASX:EGH) said Laura Fanning resigned as chief financial officer to pursue new opportunities, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday.

Fanning will remain in her role until March, the filing said. She will assist in the handover and transition process for the appointment of a new CFO.
