Goertek (SHE:002241) subsidiary GoerTek Microelectronics and two other mainland Chinese companies filed documents to gear up for their initial public offerings in Hong Kong.
GoerTek Microelectronics plans to use proceeds from a potential offering to boost its solutions portfolio for the smart sensing interaction industry, enhancing capabilities of its UniSense branded smart terminals, global collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions, according to a Monday disclosure with the Hong Kong exchange.
GoerTek was supposed to list in Shenzhen's growth enterprise market following a planned spinoff from parent GoerTek, The Standard reported separately Tuesday.
Anjoy Foods Group (SHA:603345) is also looking to list in Hong Kong, with plans to use proceeds to expand its sales network and boost its supply chain management, business process digitalization and product development, according to a separate disclosure.
Dayao, a soda manufacturer, is also looking to file documents for an IPO in Hong Kong as early as the second half, The Standard reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
