Cars.com (CARS) said Friday it closed its acquisition of digital wholesale auction platform Dealer Club on Thursday.
The company said it paid about $25 million in cash at closing, with potential for an additional performance-based consideration of up to $88 million.
Cars.com said the deal is not expected to be accretive to adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization this year, as it makes investments to scale Dealer Club.
