CapitaLand Ascott Trust's (SGX:HMN) lodging business unit, The Ascott, signed 16 new properties through its Oakwood brand in 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The premier signings come on the back of the trust's initiative to enhance the brand's appeal and represents a 30% year over year increase in signings.

Oakwood's portfolio now includes around 100 properties across 14 countries and 50 cities.
