Frasers Logistics Trust (SGX:BUOU) secured loan facilities worth AU$135 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

APF Management, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary entered into an AU$50 million facility agreement with Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Athllon Trustee, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an AU$85 million facility agreement with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Shares of the trust were down over 1% in recent trading.
