KB Home (KBH) said Friday it has launched Avellino, the company's new-home community in Manvel, Texas.
The development offers one- and two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, with pricing starting at $290,000, the company said.
Community amenities include a pool, splash pad, recreation center, playground, parks, lakes and green space, it added.
