Citigroup (C) said Friday it will fully redeem 451.9 million euros ($473.2 million) of its 4.25% fixed rate/floating rate subordinated notes due 2030 on Saturday.
Noteholders will receive the full principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to but not including the redemption date, the company said.
From the redemption date, interest on the notes will cease to accrue, it added.
