Blackstone (BX) and Vista Equity Partners have completed the acquisition of Smartsheet in a deal valued at about $8.40 billion, Smartsheet said Wednesday.
Smartsheet shareholders are entitled to get $56.50 in cash for every Smartsheet common share they owned immediately before the take-private deal completion, the company said.
Smartsheet said its stock has stopped trading and is no longer listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
