China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical's (SHA:600062) unit, Anhui Shuanghe Pharmaceutical, plans to build a new industrial park for 1.48 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.

The construction is part of Anhui Shuanghe's plan to relocate its Sanshan production base to Fanchang District, Wuhu City, China. Construction will begin in February and production will start in January 2028.

The planned industrial park will produce 1.15 billion bottles every year, the pharmaceutical company said.

The company's shares fell 2% in recent trade.
