Great Eastern Life Assurance, a subsidiary of Great Eastern Life Holdings (SGX:G07) and Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39), filed for the listing of $500 million worth of fixed rate perpetual capital securities first callable bonds in 2032, on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Jan. 23, the filing added.
