Wellnex Life (ASX:WNX) has extended the timeline for its next deferred consideration payment to 365 Health, the vendors of Pain Away, regarding Pain Away's acquisition in 2023, due Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will now pay AU$500,000 by Jan. 24, with the full payment now scheduled for Mar. 3, the filing said.
The deal provides Wellnex Life with additional time and reduces the cost compared to other available funding options, the filing added.
The new timeline aligns with Wellnex Life's planned dual listing on the London Stock Exchange, with marketing to UK investors set to start in January, the company said.
