Shandong Boan Biotechnology (HKG:6955) will sell machinery and equipment to Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) unit Industrial Bank Financial Leasing for 31.5 million yuan under a finance lease deal, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The assets will be leased back to Boan Biotech for 36 months, the filing said.
