BOC Hong Kong's (HKG:2388) unit Bank of China (Hong Kong) agreed to acquire all the issued shares of Bank of China International from BOCI Asia for 1.91 billion yuan, a Jan. 24 bourse filing said.
Bank of China (Hong Kong) will also sell the entire equity stake in Po Sang Securities to BOCI Asia on the same day for 410 million yuan.
BOC, which holds 66.06% of the total number of issued shares of the company, also indirectly wholly owns BOCI Asia.
