Aelios Stands Firm on Revised Offer Price for Suntec REIT

Aelios said it will not increase its revised price offer for the shares of Suntec REIT (SGX:T82U) it does not already own, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

In an earlier filing, the offeror had raised its offer price to SG$1.19 per share from SG$1.16 per share.

The offeror also extended the closing date of the offer from Jan. 20 to Feb. 3.
