Atturra (ASX:ATA) confirmed that it was considering the acquisition of Project Delivery Services, following media speculation, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It said it had an active mergers and acquisitions strategy, and US-based Project Delivery Services, which does business as Kitepipe, was one of the firms it is in ongoing conversations with.
The talks between Atturra and Kitepipe are preliminary and incomplete, and there is no guarantee that the firms will reach a deal, the filing said.
The firm's shares fell past 4% in early trading on Tuesday.
