IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) issued 10,000 new shares priced at 5.92 Malaysian ringgit pursuant to exercise of options under its 2022 Enterprise Option Scheme, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Following the issue, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8,814,172,463, with an issued share capital of 20.06 billion ringgit. The new shares will be listed on Jan. 28.

IHH Healthcare shares were up nearly 2% recently.
