Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) bought back 545,875 shares in the UK on Friday at a weighted average price of 10.77 pounds sterling apiece, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Following the repurchase and cancellation, the British lender will have 2,416,412,572 issued shares.
