BH Global's (SGX:BQN) 75.7% owned subsidiary, Omnisense Systems, passed a member's special resolution to commence its voluntary winding up, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
BH said Omnisense "cannot by reason of its
liabilities continue its business."
The unit manufactures and repairs engineering and scientific instruments. It also engages in the wholesale of medical, professional, scientific and precision equipment.
