** Revenue for fiscal Q3 grew ~21% driven by subscription and perpetual license segment growth

** Posts Q3 revenue of $262.6 million, above estimates of $245.6 million and adjusted EPS of 94 cents, above expectations of 87 cents - data compiled by LSEG
