PEC (SGX:IX2) said discussions regarding a potential transaction involving its shares are still ongoing, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company previously disclosed that it had been approached by a third party concerning the possible deal. However, PEC said there is no assurance that a transaction will take place.
