Koh Brothers Eco Engineering (SGX:5HV) clarified that its financial controller, Chua Thiam Siew, resigned on Oct. 15, 2024, with discussions about a potential contractual role delaying the disclosure until Jan. 22, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company ensured that finance operations were not disrupted, overseen by finance manager Lau Wai Kiat. The search for a successor continues, and Lau's qualifications for the interim acting financial controller role are being reviewed.
