Huatai Securities' (HKG:6886, SHA:601688) subsidiary, Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center, completed registering changes in its equity after the company trimmed its holdings in the latter, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.

The securities broker sold 20% of Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center to Jiangsu Jincai Investment on Dec. 20, 2024.

After the transaction, Huatai's stake in Jiangsu Jincai Investment was reduced to 32%, the disclosure said.

Huatai's Shanghai shares fell less than 2% in recent trade.
