Polaris (SGX:5BI) granted Global Asia Printings an option to purchase the company's investment properties for an aggregate consideration of SG$2.5 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

The properties, which comprise adjoining units at 81 Ubi Avenue 4 UB in One Singapore, have a gross floor area of 3,906 square feet and are used as corporate offices and warehouses.

The disposal of the properties is in line with the company's decision to exit from the customer services segment.
