Mayfield Group Holdings (ASX:MYG) declared interim and special dividends as a result of the company's "exceptional financial performance and its confidence in its ongoing growth," according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The provider of electrical and telecommunication provisions declared an interim dividend of AU$0.01 per share for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024. The dividend is unchanged from the half-year payout a year prior.
In addition, the company declared a special dividend of AU$0.053 per share, reflecting its "substantial" cash surplus.
The dividends are payable on Feb. 14 to holders of record as of Feb. 3.
Mayfield Group's shares rallied 13% in recent trade.
