China Vanke (HKG:2202, SHE:000002) will redeem its 2027 debt worth 1 billion yuan early in March, Reuters reported Monday.
The company was also set to repay its 3 billion yuan onshore bond on Monday, the report said.
Concerns over Vanke's ability to pay its debt rose following its looming maturity deadlines, the report said.
Vanke has a total of $3.4 billion in debt due in 2025, the report said.
