Winshine Science (HKG:0209) has agreed to raise HK$1.3 million by allotting and issuing 9,400,000 shares to Ma Wenya at HK$0.14 apiece, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The allotted shares represent 6.1% of the total enlarged issued shares of the company.

The company plans to use the net proceeds of HK$1.2 million for its general working capital.

Shares of the company closed nearly 5% higher on Tuesday.
