EON Resources (EONR) filed a preliminary prospectus Friday for the sale of up to about 5.08 million of its class A shares from securityholders from time to time.
The prospectus also includes the sale of up to 5 million shares it may sell to White Lion Capital under a stock purchase agreement from October 2022, the filing showed.
Shares of EON Resources were down over 5% in recent trading.
