Hong Kong Johnson Holdings' (HKG:1955) subsidiary Johnson Cleaning Services agreed to purchase 14 specialized cleaning vehicles from Cham Kee Machinery Engineering (Hong Kong) for HK$5.9 million, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The purchaser already agreed to purchase 26 specialized cleaning vehicles from the vendor for HK$8.5 million in November 2024.

The consideration will be settled with the internal resources of the group.

Shares of the company closed nearly 3% higher on Tuesday.
