Zall Smart Commerce Group (HKG:2098) will allot and issue 1.20 billion shares to Zall Holdings for HK$312 million, or HK$0.26 apiece, a Monday bourse filing said.
The shares represent around 8.82% of the company's enlarged issued share capital.
The shopping mall developer and operator will use proceeds from the issue mainly to repay debt.
Zall Holdings is one of the controlling shareholders of the company.
