SHS Holdings (SGX:566) has novated its sale and purchase agreement for acquiring Guangxi Tidal Precision Technology and Nanning Tidal Aluminium to Ming Keju, following her settlement with ex-spouse Jiang Haiyong, the former controlling shareholder of SHS Holdings, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The Jan. 24 novation transfers all rights and obligations from Synertech Group to Keju.
