Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) acquired 153,500 shares in XPeng (HKG:9868) from the open market on Tuesday for about $2.3 million, a same-day bourse filing said.

The semiconductor manufacturer, on the same day, sold 62,900 shares in Robinhood Markets for $3.1 million.
