Mapletree Logistics Trust Completes Divestment of Two Properties in Malaysia

Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of two of its properties located at Section 23, Shah Alam and Senai, Johor, Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

In September 2024, the trust had agreed to divest three properties in Malaysia for a total of 157.5 million ringgit. The divestment of the third property is currently ongoing.

Following the divestment of the two properties, the trust's portfolio now stands at 181 properties with the value of assets under management standing at SG$13.4 billion.
