i-CABLE Communications (HKG:1097) said its chief financial officer Kwok Chi Kin has resigned to "devote more time to his family and personal commitments," according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Liu David C K will succeed Kowk as the new CFO.
The changes are effective Feb. 1.
