Prada (HKG:1913) purchased two buildings located in Via Scalarini, 8, Milan, Italy from Peschiera Immobiliare for 12.5 million euros, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The buildings have a total net area of 3,804 square meters and are currently being leased by the group for office and related uses.

The acquisition was funded through the internal resources of the group.
