Niyogin Fintech (BOM:538772) has established a wholly-owned subsidiary called Niyogin Finserv to undertake financial services business, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company has invested 100,000 Indian rupees as initial share capital in the new entity divided into 10,000 equity shares of 10 rupees each.
