OUE REIT (SGX:TS0U) issued 7,114,108 units to its manager, OUE REIT Management, at SG$0.2779 apiece as payment of 50% of the base fee for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The units will be issued directly to OUE (SGX:LJ3) since the manager has agreed to sell all units to OUE, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
