Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) said Thursday it is launching a public offering of senior notes.
The company expects to use the net proceeds to redeem or repay at maturity all or part of its 3.45% senior notes due April 30.
Alexandria Real Estate's shares were up 2% in recent trading.
