Plumas Bancorp (PLBC) said Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire Cornerstone Community Bancorp, the parent company of Cornerstone Community Bank, in a stock and cash deal valued at $64.6 million.

The financial services company said the acquisition price is based on Plumas' Tuesday closing price of $47.76.
