BUZZ-<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/NOW">ServiceNow</a> falls after forecasting annual subscription revenue below estimates

** Shares of digital workflow company ServiceNow NOW.N fall 8.2% to $1050 in after-hours trading

** NOW sees 2025 subscription revenue between $12.64 bln and $12.68 bln, vs analysts' est. of $12.83 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company says that strength in the U.S. dollar would impact subscription revenue by about $175 mln in the year

** Expects Q1 subscription revenue to be between $2.995 bln and $3 bln, vs ests of $3.04 bln

** Posts Q4 revenue of $2.96 bln, up 21% from a year ago, in line with estimates

** NOW had risen 50% in 2024
