ServiceNow (NOW) reported Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Wednesday of $3.67 per share, up from $3.11 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.65.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.96 billion, up from $2.44 billion a year earlier.

The company said its board approved an additional $3 billion in stock repurchases under its share buyback program.
Shares of ServiceNow were down more than 9% in recent after-hours activity.
