Two units of China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606) agreed to acquire two offshore support vessels from Nantong CIMC SinoPacific Offshore & Engineering for up to $60 million, a Monday bourse filing said.
The buyers plan to lease the vessels under the operating lease mode.
Nantong CIMC SinoPacific Offshore & Engineering is a unit of CIMC Enric (HKG:3899).
