Perenti (ASX:PRN) subsidiary Barminco and Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) extended the initial three-year contract for the provision of underground mining services at the Duketon operations in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract has been extended for a further 12 months until March 2028, with an additional value of roughly AU$180 million, the filing said.

Regis Resources' shares were down 1% in recent Thursday trade.
