Bank of Zhengzhou (HKG:6196, SHE:002936) recorded a net profit attributable to the shareholders of 1.87 billion yuan in 2024, 0.9% higher than 1.85 billion yuan logged for 2023, a preliminarily calculated Friday bourse filing said.

Basic earnings per share were 0.15 yuan, the same as the preceding year.

The bank's operating income was 12.9 billion yuan for the year, 5.9% lower than the 13.7 billion yuan recorded for the previous year.
