GuocoLand's (SGX:F17) integrated mixed development in the Lentor Hills State in Singapore named Lentor Modern was fully sold, according to a media release by the company on Monday.
The development comprises three 25-story residential towers and a shopping mall on a 1.7 hectare site.
84% of the residential units were sold during the launch weekend in September 2022 while the development is slated for completion during the first half of 2026.
More than 50% of the retail space has been leased, according to the release.
