Bunge Global (BG) said Friday its Bunge Limited Finance unit has further extended the expiration date of its previously announced exchange offers for existing Viterra notes to March 7 from Feb. 3.
The company is proposing to exchange Viterra's 2% notes due 2026, the 4.9% notes due 2027, the 3.2% notes due 2031, and the 5.25% notes due 2032.
