Emperador (SGX:EMI, PSE:EMI) acquired a 60% stake in Destileria Los Danzantes through its Mexican unit, Casa Pedro Domecq for 80 million Mexican pesos.

The company owns premium mezcal (distilled alcoholic beverage) brands, Los Danzantes and Alipus, according to a Friday Philippine bourse filing.

Its products are exported to over 20 countries and are featured in top bars worldwide, the filing said.
