Magellan Financial Group (ASX:MFG) appointed a new chief operating officer and chief risk officer, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Jen Driscoll joined the firm as its COO on Jan. 28. Driscoll was formerly chief executive of Australia and New Zealand at AllianceBernstein.

Further, Sam Mosse will join it in April as its CRO. Mosse was most recently CRO at Perpetual (ASX:PPT), the filing said.

The firm is also in search of a new chief financial officer, per the filing.
