Pioneer Lithium (ASX:PLN) started a field exploration program at its Skull Creek uranium project in Colorado, US, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The mining company will conduct reconnaissance radiation mapping, detailed geological investigations, and historic adit verification to assess the historical uranium mineralization across the project area, per the filing.
