89bio (ETNB) closed an underwritten public offering of almost 26 million common shares at $8.75 apiece for gross proceeds of $287.5 million.
The offering included 4.2 million additional shares bought by underwriters under their option and 6.9 million pre-funded warrants, the company said Monday in a statement.
